Each user account is associated with a specific company. Users can only access and manage assets, data, and information belonging to their assigned company. The System maintains strict data isolation between companies to ensure privacy and security.

• Users cannot view or access data from other companies
• All queries and operations are filtered by company ID
• Company data is stored securely and separately

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Notifying administrators immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the system

4. Email Notifications

The System sends automated email notifications for:

• Login and logout activities
• Password changes
• Department changes
• Profile updates
• Account confirmations and approvals

Users can manage their notification preferences in their profile settings.

5. User Roles and Permissions

The System supports multiple user roles with different access levels:

• Admin: Full system access including user management
• Client: Standard access to company assets and features
• Sub User: Limited access as defined by administrators
• Viewer: Read-only access to company data

6. Asset Management

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating or updating assets
• Follow proper procedures for asset transfers and disposals
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Report any discrepancies immediately

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt)

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to access data from other companies

9. Account Approval Process

New user registrations require administrator approval. Users will receive email notifications when:
